The Heritage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program is just another way we take care of our loyal guests!
As a HRG Loyalty Program member you can:
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at one of our restaurants and unlock $50 off every 500 points.
Receive a $20 birthday reward annually, redeemable within a year.
Earn and redeem rewards at all participating Heritage Restaurant Group locations

HRG Loyalty Program Overview
EARNING REWARDS:
Earn 1 point per $1 spent, pre-tax, pre-tip and pre-service charge.
Every 500 points = $50 rewards applied right to your account.
Receive a $20 birthday reward annually, redeemable within a year.
Gift card sales do not accrue points.
Discounts and/or comps are not included in point accruals.
Points cannot be earned on orders placed through any third-party delivery companies such as DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats or PostMates.
Points & rewards may not be earned and/or redeemed for any catered/banquet functions/ private dining events.
All guests must have an active Heritage Restaurant Group Loyalty account available at the time of dining otherwise points cannot be redeemed or accrued.
REDEEMING REWARDS:
A maximum of 5,000 points, a value of $500.00, may be redeemed at the time of dining on a given day.
Points may not be redeemed and accrued during the same visit.
Points may be redeemed at participating Heritage Restaurant Group locations: The Red Parrot, Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant, La Forge Casino Restaurant, Wally’s Wieners, Wally’s Wieners @ The Brewery, Cluck House, La Costa Lobster & Tacos, Wiener Wagon & Cart, Cluck Truck, A Mano Pizza + Gelato, The Reef, Flo’s Clam Shack, Flo’s Drive-In, Caleb and Broad, Wally’s PVD.
Points & rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Rewards cannot be used for gratuity.
Rewards will automatically be deducted at time of request.
The redemption of the Heritage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program points may not be combined with any other discount or promotional offer on the same transaction, table, or visit.
The Heritage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program may change or be canceled without prior notice.
HRG Loyalty Program Terms
Heritage Restaurant Group (HRG) Loyalty Program is a loyalty program and a stored value program. Your participation in this program constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below:
1. Participating Restaurants includes The Red Parrot, Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant, La Forge Casino Restaurant, Wally’s Wieners, Wally’s Wieners @ The Brewery, Cluck House, La Costa Lobster & Tacos, Wiener Wagon & Cart, Cluck Truck, A Mano Pizza + Gelato, The Reef, Flo’s Clam Shack, Flo’s Drive-In, Caleb and Broad, Wally’s PVD.
2. Rewards & Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. There is no cost to participate in the HRG Loyalty Program.
4. Purchases are required to accumulate HRG Loyalty Program points.
5. No Rewards points from previous loyalty rewards programs can be applied to this program.
6. You will earn one reward point for every dollar spent not to include discounts, comps, gift cards sold, tax, service charges and gratuity.
7. Rewards points will not be issued on the sale of gift cards.
8. You do not need to present a receipt to receive points. Rewards & points are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated on your account.
9. Rewards & points are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
10. Voided items will reduce the points by the voided amount until the credit total reached.
11. Points cannot go negative.
12. Points cannot be transferred between cards.
13. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, points will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the program is running again.
14. Heritage Restaurant Group can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.
15. Heritage Restaurant Group reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued, within the stated expiration date.
16. Heritage Restaurant Group reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member's point balance and rewards if any unauthorized Heritage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program points are earned or redeemed, or there is any unauthorized use of the program.
17. HRG Loyalty Program points may be used at all participating Heritage Restaurant Group retail locations.
18. By electing to participate in the Heritage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program, you specifically have "Opted In" to receive e-mail and text alerts to notify you of updates to your account, account balances and rewards status, and notifications of new activities and promotions related to these and other programs in the Heritage Restaurant Group. The standard Privacy Policy is in effect for all other circumstances.
